Hi, I'm Steve
Founder & lead Filmmaker
I started Bucketlist Films for couples who imagine their wedding being an experience. Breaking the wedding norms and leaning into what you both enjoy doing the most is what I preach. Whether it's a weekend in the Adirondacks, or a week of excursions through historical towns in another country, I believe these are the moments that make your celebration so much more special.

Truthfully, I HATED being on camera as a kid. I wouldn't smile in photos, or partake in any family home videos. In some ways I haven't outgrown this, as I really enjoy experiencing moments completely unplugged and without distractions. Looking back, I do wish I had been a little bit more willing to be in those documented moments.
Oddly enough, my filming approach stems from my discomfort on camera. I'm a fly on the wall and a professional observer. I enjoy the moments in between. The awkward chuckles, quirky nicknames, goofy banter between friends, and the heart felt wishes shared between those you love.

Okay, so we know what you do. But, what about YOU?
Here's a few things about me
-
I love Mac Miller, country, and soul music. I'm talkin' Chris Stapleton, D.A.C., Red Clay Strays, The Teskey Brothers, and Charles Bradley.
-
I love baseball and grew up playing it until an injury in college forced me to stop. My wife and I are die-hard Mets fans.
-
My wife is a Veterinarian in the making. We temporarily live in Tennessee, but I still operate almost exclusively either in the Tri-State area or destination weddings.
